So i don’t really blog that often but i’ve read this article and it’s just made me think and hopefully it has got you thinking too.

In the UK ACTA has been signed. Now is this a good move or bad?

Some ways it’s good. I think to myself if it was my artwork and someone was using it to make money out of it then hey I’m all up for it. But on the other hand when it comes to downloading software illegally then people get experience using it therefore more people can come to use it. If there was less people using the software then surely theres less need for it thus keeping them in business from illegal downloading. The same as music. Yes there is probably less money made with people downloading illegally but their listening to their music and it’s not as if they aren’t making a decent amount of profit out of it as they still wouldn’t be in the biz would they.

They we go, heres my say. I think protest all the way. It’s a silly move and they should be concentrating on the illegal downloading of less mainstream stuff thats getting ripped off as these people actually are finding hard in making a living.

I know theres so much more to this but hopefully this is one point that people can see. Let me know what you views…
